Join one of the world’s leading lithium operations and play a key role in the safe, efficient and environmentally responsible management of Tailings Storage Facilities (TSFs) and water, dams at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation.
About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the tailings and water dam teams to ensure the safe and efficient design, operation and monitoring of TSFs and water dams. You will work closely with operational, environmental and infrastructure teams to deliver cost-effective and compliant engineering outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship.
You will also assist with broader infrastructure and site activities as directed by leadership.

Talison is a leading global producer of lithium minerals situated on a world class lithium asset at Greenbushes in the south west of Western Australia that has been supplying a global customer network for almost 40 years. Talison is a private company owned by two companies under a joint venture arrangement - Tianqi Lithium Corporation/IGO Limited JV (51%) and Albemarle Corporation (49%). In anticipation of sustained growth in lithium consumption, driven primarily by the secondary lithium battery market, Talison has more than doubled its production capacity at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation to supply feedstock for the Kwinana Lithium Hydroxide Refinery near Perth and Albemarle's Kemerton Lithium Hydroxide Plant near Bunbury.
