Tai Chi is a gentle yet powerful practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, blending flowing movement, breathwork, and meditation. It supports improved balance, strength, and mental clarity—making it an incredibly valuable offering for our community.
As a Tai Chi Instructor, you’ll lead engaging classes that help members feel stronger, more centered, and connected. You’ll create a welcoming, supportive environment while guiding participants through proper technique, offering modifications, and encouraging continued participation.
🌿 What You’ll Do
- Lead safe, engaging Tai Chi classes for a diverse membership base
- Teach proper form, breathing techniques, and mindful movement
- Provide modifications to support all ability levels
- Create a calm, inclusive, and motivating class environment
- Build relationships that support member engagement and retention

- Experience teaching Tai Chi or similar mind-body formats
- Strong understanding of movement, balance, and wellness principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with and support a diverse population
- Passion for helping others improve their physical and mental well-being

Qualifications
- TCF - Tai Chi certification
- Must be 18 years or older
- Salary range is based on certifications and experience
- Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-10am and Saturday or Sunday mornings
