Do you want to shape how global finance decisions are made at the highest level?

At Schindler, we are transforming how we steer performance, ensure transparency, and meet increasingly complex regulatory requirements. To strengthen our Global Reporting Solutions team, we are looking for an experienced CCH Tagetik Architect to play a key role in shaping our Group Reporting, consolidation, planning, and sustainability reporting landscape.

Based in Ebikon (Switzerland), you will work at the heart of the Group Finance organization, closely partnering with Global Functions and senior stakeholders such as the Group CFO, Global Controlling, Global Accounting & Reporting, Global Sustainability, and Global Operations.

Your Impact

In this high visible role, you will:

  • Own the endtoend CCH Tagetik platform across monthly close, consolidation, planning, sustainability reporting and Global Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) reporting
  • Lead solution design and delivery: from requirement intake and backlog prioritization to implementation, UAT and structured handover to business owners
  • Ensure a holistic, integrated Tagetik landscape (incl. Sustainability and Global Minimum Tax), aligned with data governance and connected to global ERPs (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics) and other data sources
  • Align the CPM roadmap with other reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI) and continuously benchmark the platform for longterm value
  • Drive the ongoing implementation and evolution of the CCH Tagetik platform, including the interfacing strategy with global ERPs (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics) and other data sources

How you work

  • You build strong partnerships across global teams, translating business needs into a clear, value‑driven product backlog and scalable solutions
  • You combine big‑picture architecture thinking with hands‑on delivery, bringing structure to complexity and ensuring high‑quality, reliable outcomes in a dynamic environment

What you bring

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with CCH Tagetik (especially Consolidation; Sustainability/Pillar 2 as a plus) and a solid track record in CPM solution design and implementation
  • Strong finance background with focus on Group consolidation (IFRS) and performance management
  • Understanding of endtoend data landscapes, including ERP integration (e.g. SAP) and data governance
  • Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, metrics and value drivers for business steering
  • Fluent English and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
