📍 Location: Clare/Galway, servicing the South West of Ireland
📍 Field-Based Role

💰 Salary: €28,080 per annum
🍽️ Lunch Allowance: €6 per day worked

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. If you enjoy being on the move, building relationships, and creating eye-catching in-store displays, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Reporting to the Tactical Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are displayed to the highest standards, helping to drive sales and deliver an excellent experience for our retail partners.

What You'll Do

• Visit stores and follow your assigned journey plan
• Ensure products are displayed in line with planograms and promotional guidelines
• Maximise shelf space and secure additional display opportunities
• Rotate stock and monitor product availability
• Check pricing and shelf-edge labels are accurate
• Capture before-and-after photos of displays
• Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
• Report competitor activity, sales opportunities, and store feedback
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns
• Deliver excellent service and maintain high merchandising standards

• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, customer service, or a similar environment is desirable
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between stores

Requirements

• Full clean manual Irish/EU Driving Licence
• Comfortable using technology and mobile devices for reporting and capturing store activity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships in store
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple store visits and priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great results
• Previous retail, merchandising or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
