About us:

At Real Response, we do training differently.

Over a decade ago, our founders Ben and Motti recognised a problem: too many people left training without the confidence to act in real-life emergencies. So they set out to change that and created a new kind of training where realism, confidence, and hands-on experience are at the core.

Today, we’re a team of 40+ professionals working across Australia and beyond. We run nationally recognised training in first aid, fire safety, evacuation, mental health, tactical medicine, and security. We also have BlueRoom, a Melbourne-based team of gaming developers creating cutting-edge training solutions using mixed reality and other advanced technologies.

We proudly work with organisations such as DFAT, RedR, Australian Federal Police, and Defence. From private security to high-risk industries and government departments, our reach is wide - but our impact is always personal.

We’re not just teaching skills - we’re empowering people to save lives.
