The Tactical Marketing Manager is the key person responsible for tactical pricing, planning, and communications for marketing initiatives to drive retail and billing results for the Massey Ferguson Rural Lifestyle Tractor product lines. This role is also responsible for representing North America in setting the strategic direction for the product lines in support of Product Management and the AMPIP process. The candidate will be considered the expert in their area of specialization; others will come to this individual for their point-of-view, analysis, and collaboration.


Your Impact

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop programs and initiatives that target brand and product growth (margin and market share) in areas of opportunity.

  • Responsible for key tactical marketing activities, including price realization, campaign development and monitoring, new product introduction planning (12–18 months pre‑launch), and setting/tracking retail and billing objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field .8+ years’ post-collegiate experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management

  • 5+ years of experience promoting products while developing and executing sales plans, product launches, and marketing plans

  • Technical or mechanical background, with at least one year of experience in agricultural equipment, specifically understanding the functionality of an agricultural machine


Your Experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related field,8+ years’ post-collegiate experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management

  • 5+ years of experience promoting products while developing and executing sales plans, product launches, and marketing plans Technical or mechanical background, with at least one year of experience in agricultural equipment, specifically understanding the functionality of an agricultural machine.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Power Point, including creating and giving presentations thus showing verbal and written communication skills to articulate AGCO’s strategies and tactics

  • Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, An understanding of promotional techniques and supplier or dealer operations

  • Nice to have: Agronomy background or certification, Project management experience
