Join our global procurement team and take ownership of IT purchasing operations across diverse markets. You will work at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and strategic sourcing. This role gives you direct exposure to global sourcing strategies, supplier management, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and make decisions that impact business efficiency every day. How you'll make an impact
Manage purchase requests for IT hardware, software, and services end-to-end.
Execute purchase orders aligned with approved budgets and sourcing guidelines.
Act as the main contact for suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing.
Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate data in procurement systems.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit and reporting needs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate on sourcing strategies.
Monitor IT market trends to optimize purchasing decisions.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in IT purchasing.
Familiarity with IT products, licensing models, and service agreements.
Proficiency in ERP or procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Effective communication, negotiation, and supplier relationship skills.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
