VSS Fresher Academy is a 3-5 day, free training program designed for aspiring BPO candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Active Participation: Engage fully in all training sessions, ensuring a thorough understanding of BPO operations and customer service best practices.
• Learning and Skill Development: Take initiative to learn key concepts and enhance communication and problem-solving skills throughout the training.
• Timely Attendance: Attend all training sessions on time and be present for the entire duration to gain the most from the program.
