This is a remote position.

• 
  Design, develop, and deploy
  interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visual analytics
  .
• 
  Write and optimize
  complex SQL queries
  for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• 
  Work with
  data sources
  from relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms.
• 
  Ensure
  data accuracy, consistency, and performance
  across reports and dashboards.
• 
  Create and maintain
  data models, calculated fields, parameters, and sets
  in Tableau.
• 
  Develop
  data-driven insights and KPIs
  to support decision-making processes.
• 
  Support
  ad-hoc analysis and report generation
  for business teams.
• 
  Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards for better usability and performance.
• 
  Collaborate with
  data engineers
  and
  ETL teams
  to ensure smooth data flow and accessibility.

• 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 
  4–8 years of experience as a
  Tableau Developer / BI Developer
  .
• 
  Strong proficiency in
  SQL (advanced level)
  for querying, joins, aggregations, and optimization.
• 
  Hands-on experience with
  Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau
  Cloud.
• 
  Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and UI/UX principles for dashboards.
• 
  Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and relational database design.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•
