ROLE PURPOSE:
To maintain correct member records including member information, contributions, resignation, allocation, rebalance, transfers and account balances and ensure effective execution aligned with company objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
• Maintain accurate member records, including personal details, contributions, resignations, allocations, rebalancing, transfers, and account balances.
• Process change requests in the transfer agency system and coordinate resolution of member inquiries.
• Execute trades and manage account opening and transaction processing for PVD clients and internal business units.
• Record client risk assessments and monitor transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Provide the guidance to support investment policy decisions aligned with individual member needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality member services.Others as may be assigned.
• Others assigned by team head and senior leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• 3-5 years in asset management company.
TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
⦁ Strong knowledge of Provident Fund operations, including account opening, contributions, transfers, and reconciliation.
⦁ Expertise in AML/KYC compliance, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment.
⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TA-related systems.

⦁ Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in member records and compliance documentation.
⦁ Problem-Solving: Address operational issues promptly.
⦁ Time Management: Handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
