Proactively identify, approach, and engage talent ahead of open vacancies.
Conduct talent mapping across Switzerland by region, specialty, seniority, and critical roles.
Build long‑term relationships with key professionals in the veterinary market.
Create, structure, and continuously maintain strategic talent databases.
Ensure data quality, segmentation, and traceability for future hiring needs.
Use pipelines as a strategic tool to reduce time‑to‑hire and improve hiring quality.
Act as an employer brand ambassador within the veterinary community.
Participate in job fairs, congresses, universities, and industry events in Switzerland.
Communicate a compelling employee value proposition (development, clinical excellence, culture, learning opportunities).
Propose and implement innovative sourcing strategies and attraction channels.
Collaborate with clinics and hospitals to design initiatives that differentiate AniCura in the Swiss market.
Analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Work closely with clinics and hospitals to understand hiring needs and profile requirements.
Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance.
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistency and best practices.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in healthcare, clinical, pharma, or specialized environments.
Proven experience in direct search / proactive sourcing
Experience recruiting veterinary or healthcare profiles is highly valued.
Strategic and forward‑thinking mindset.
Strong networking and relationship‑building skills.
High level of autonomy, proactivity, and ownership.
Ability to anticipate talent needs and market challenges.
