Reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Talent Operations Team’s objective to provide centralized, highly repeatable solutions that allow RSM to achieve business goals while balancing the needs of our employees.
The TA Operations Specialist will execute and support a vast array of centralized operational processes and tasks related to the recruitment cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
• Execute and support a broad range of centralized Talent Acquisition operational processes spanning.
the employee and owner lifecycle, including but not limited to interview coordination, event support, candidate logistics, and pre-hire support.
• Manage virtual and in-person scheduling for interviews and events.
• Manage onsite interview logistics and interview related travel needs of interview support.
• Assist with pre-hire tasks as needed such as background check management and other onboarding tasks.
• Deliver high quality customer service to employees, owners, and Talent team members by resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and offering guidance or redirection to increase customer knowledge and self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and across the broader organization to ensure a seamless, integrated Talent experience.
• Proactively identify operational, communication, or process gaps encountered during day-to-day activities and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Monitor adherence to organizational standards, program guidelines, and regulatory requirements, and support audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service and builds positive relationships while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of Talent Acquisition operations.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be able to efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
Preferred Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related degree.
• Experience with Workday, Yello, Brazen, First Advantage or similar.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English to include reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize work and consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year using a TA technology SAAS product.
• Ability to easily and effectively communicate complex information in a meaningful manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers internally and external business partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and/or programs.
• Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fast paced and rapidly changing work environment.
