What Will You Do?
As a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Administrator at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (TAO) Administrator is responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of the Human Resources onboarding process for new hires entering the organization. Working with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, this role also provides assistance with managing the full life cycle recruiting and staffing processes through all appropriate avenues to include: conducting new hire orientation to ensure new hires have positive experience as they enter Pine Rest, assist with coordinating the interview process and making offers to candidates when necessary. The TAO Administrator may also help with re-recruitment and promotions to ensure internal employees have a seamless experience as they transfer into a new role. The TAO Administrator is dedicated to excellent customer service, enthusiastic about the care we offer, and foster a sense of belonging and empowerment in a diverse workplace.

The outpatient network includes offices and teletherapy services throughout Michigan, providing individualized and group therapy for people of all ages and all levels of need.
Our educational programming includes psychiatry residency and fellowships in child & adolescent, addiction and geriatric psychiatry, PA training, psychology internships, rotations for medical learners and a clinical pastoral education program.
Pine Rest is an associate member of the National Network of Depression Centers. Some of our recent research collaborations have included partnerships with Duke University, Fuller Theological Seminary, Mayo Clinic, McLean Hospital, Michigan State University, National Institutes of Health, University of Chicago, University of Michigan and Van Andel Research Institute.
