As part of the ongoing evolution of our People, Culture & Safety function, we're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to join our team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to build capability across both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources while working with leaders and employees across our ANZ business. The role is based in Crestmead, Queensland and reports to the HR Manager - Australia, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
The Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment support and HR coordination that enables an exceptional candidate and employee experience. Approximately 75% of the role focuses on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, with the remaining 25% supporting HR Operations and Administration.
As a newly created position within our evolving People, Culture & Safety team, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our employee experience strategy while building broad capability across recruitment, HR operations, payroll support, employee wellbeing and return-to-work practices.
