What you will do:
Create candidate communication flows and improve the overall candidate experience.
Get hands-on with recruitment tools like ATS, scheduling platforms, and AI tools we're piloting.
Organize interview logistics and set up meetings with hiring teams and candidates.
Contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives, bringing fresh ideas to job posts and social media campaigns.
Analyze recruiting data, generate reports, and identify trends to improve processes.
Keep projects on track and support process improvements in day-to-day operations.
What you bring & who you are:
Current student or recent graduate in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
Genuine curiosity about AI, recruitment technology, and digital tools.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working with data and learning new platforms quickly.
Eager to learn, take initiative, and share ideas.
Fluent in Spanish and English (German is a plus).
