KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION
Functional / Technical
● Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, NFR for large Temenos T24
projects in the Private banking domain.
● Test planning and execution including the test design, data management, environment planning,
automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management and test closure
● Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test approach, scope and
test plan.
● Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve goals.
● Status reporting and able to drive the defect management across multiple teams.
● Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.
● Work with the BA and Dev teams to drive even the upstream software quality (Requirements, Development
Solutions)
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Professional and Technical

● Minimum 15+ years of experience in test lead role for T24 projects, preferably with Private Banking
● Good knowledge of Core Banking Business Setup
● Excellent knowledge of T24 modules for these domains
● Excellent knowledge of and exposure to testing of T24 integration, COB testing, Client output
● Excellent knowledge of SWIFT message testing, regulatory reports
● Expertise in financial accounting for all asset types
● Expertise in working on Agile methodologies such as Scrum / Kanban / SAFE
● Good know how of JAVA and experience in Automation, DevOps is an advantage
● Understanding / Experience of Automation tools (Selenium) and DevOps concepts to drive Automation in
projects.
