Job Description

The Global Replenishment & Inventory Planning Manager is pivotal in linking markets with brand companies toensure seamless inventory management and order fulfilment across our global operations. This role focuses onensuring product availability and optimizing the supply chain process to meet customer demands efficiently.​

Your key mission

  • Own and refine the replenishment planning process across all market companies mapping the processes through proficient use of SAP Signavio to map Replenishment & Inventory Planning processes at Country, ME and Global level following the standard BPMN 2.0 methodology across L1 to L6 levels​
  • Collaborate with regional and global tech teams to align with the corporate strategy and tech roadmaps. ​
  • Ensure process consistency while adapting to local market specifics. ​
  • Develop and implement a global replenishment strategy to balance inventory levels, optimize lead times, and enhance customer service.​
  • Integrate replenishment plans with sales forecasts, production schedules, and distribution logistics.​
  • Train and track adoption - of MCs & ME SCCs and BCs for Dry Goods – on standard safety stock calculations and analysis of inventory levels (safety stock, reorder points, replenishment cycles) to optimize inventory positions.​
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to replenishment and inventory management.​
  • Analyze performance across the organization to track Days of Forecast Cover, Inventory Value, use of safety stocks, number of SKUs below safety stock targets, obsolete stock.​
  • Identify and address process inefficiencies, implement best practices and technological solutions for replenishment &inventory planning.​
  • Develop and execute contingency plans to maintain supply chain resilience.​

  • +7 years' Procurement experience in Events, Activation, Sponsorships projects negotiations
  • Experience of sourcing processes and methodologies, analytics and cost models.
  • Experienced in analyzing spend, needs, KPI and building/realization of category strategy in an autonomous position
  • Advanced demand planning expertise
  • You are fluent in English and french
  • Integrated business planning
  • Systems expertise (SAP, Anaplan DP, SAP Signavio)
  • Scenario planning in Kinaxis Maestro
  • Data analytics for capacity and performance
