With the continued growth of our client T-Mobile, OSL, a T-Mobile Fiber authorized partner, is expanding and looking for strong sales leaders to join our team.
The Situation:
OSL is experiencing rapid growth within T-Mobile Fiber, creating the need for a results-driven leader to support and develop Residential Neighborhood Field teams across an assigned territory. This role will oversee a team of approximately 10 Neighborhood Field Representatives, ensuring strong execution, coaching, and consistent sales performance in the field.
