Campaign Overview This campaign focuses on sales through chat and voice channels for a leading telecommunications company.

Working Conditions

  • Role: Sales via chat or voice for a telecommunications company.
  • Salary: COP $2,850,000 (bi-weekly payments) + uncapped sales commissions.
  • Contract Type: Indefinite term.
  • Work Schedule: 42 hours per week.
  • Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (two days off). Training + Nesting

Training (10 days)

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday.
  • Nesting (10 days)
  • 42 hours per week.
  • Schedules assigned according to operational needs.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma, technical degree, technologist, or professional degree.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a call center environment.
  • Location: Must reside in Bogotá.
  • English Level: B2+ – C1.
