Make a real difference in your community

Are you passionate about helping others live safer, healthier, more independent lives? Join our team at Waythrough and support people facing challenges around mental health, substance use, housing or domestic abuse. This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to build meaningful relationships and create lasting change.

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Systems Trainer to support our workforce in confidently using key digital systems.

This is a vital role in ensuring successful onboarding, system adoption, and ongoing effective use of the platforms that underpin our workforce, operational, and learning processes. You’ll design and deliver training that is accessible, practical, and tailored to a wide range of users

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery

  • Support system rollouts and updates through effective training and user support
  • Adapt training to suit different roles and audiences using face-to-face, virtual, and digital formats
  • Plan and maintain training schedules aligned to onboarding, compliance, and change initiatives

Performance & Impact

  • Track attendance, completion rates, and learner feedback
  • Support evaluation of training effectiveness, including confidence and system usage
  • Maintain accurate training records to support compliance reporting
  • Provide insights to improve user experience and reduce system-related queries

Development & Engagement

  • Create clear, user-friendly resources including guides, walkthroughs, and video tutorials
  • Promote self-service learning and digital resources
  • Act as a champion for systems learning, building confidence across the organisation
  • Collaborate with People, IT, Data, and Learning teams to ensure training meets user and organisational needs

About You

You will bring experience in delivering systems training and a passion for helping others build confidence with digital tools.

You'll be:

  • Strong facilitation skills across in-person and virtual environments
  • Confident user of HR, learning and business systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, practical guidance
  • Experience supporting system rollouts or digital change
  • Experience creating engaging training content
  • Familiarity with case management systems (e.g. SystmOne, CarePath, Theseus, Halo)

What We Offer

We value the people who make a difference every day. Alongside meaningful work, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package:

  • 27 days’ annual leave, rising to 32 after 1 year (plus bank holidays)

  • Pension scheme with 4.5% employer contribution, matched up to 6.5%

  • Life assurance (3× annual salary)
