Job Description

Scope of Work:

1. Stakeholder Engagement
   • Collaborate with financial back office stakeholders, developers, and end users to gather and validate requirements.
   • Facilitate discussions to align business and technical perspectives.
2. System Flow Understanding
   • Analyze existing back office processes, system workflows, and integrations.
3. Workflow Documentation
4. Develop detailed workflow documentation, including process maps, system flow diagrams, and requirement specifications.
5. Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Support for Development & UAT
7. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
8. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and validating against requirements.
9. Vendor Management & Coordination
   • Act as the liaison between internal teams and vendors to ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
   • Track vendor deliverables against project milestones, requirements, and quality standards.
   • Support issue resolution, escalations, and change requests with vendors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in testing financial back-office systems.
• Strong Business Analyst and Tester skills.
• Familiarity with financial processes and systems.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering similar testing projects within scope and timeline.

Proposal Requirements:

• Company/individual profile and relevant experience.
• Methodology and approach to testing.
• Proposed timeline and milestones.
• Cost proposal.
• References from previous similar projects.

Selection Criteria:

• Relevant experience and domain knowledge in back-office.
• Quality and clarity of proposal.
• Cost-effectiveness.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial back office operations (banking, securities, asset management, or related).
