NEP Australia seeks to set new standards in service excellence within the television industry. As part of this increased customer-focused vision, NEP Australia is recruiting for a Melbourne based Systems Support Specialist.
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, the Systems Support Specialist is required to provide level 1 & 2 systems support as part of a global team with a follow-the-sun model in place. This position is a 5 day work week, Monday to Friday with 1 day work from home per week.
Serve as the initial point-of-contact for troubleshooting software, Laptop/ PC hardware, printing and phone problems in a multi-site Active Directory environment
