  • Location: Lowestoft NR32 1HH and Melton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1RT

  • Salary: £44,075 - £48,226 per annum

  • Hours: 37 hours per week

  • Contract: Fixed term for 12 months

About the role

We’re looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP). This is a fantastic opportunity to provide oversight, coordination and assurance across multiple systems-based projects within ARP and act as the project manager for some system-based projects.

What you’ll need

The role strengthens the capacity of the Systems Team by providing dedicated systems project management support, to deliver ARP’s strategic priorities and contribute to continuous improvement across all partner councils. Key strengths include:

  • Experience working with Revenues and Benefits systems and coordinating systembased projects

  • Analytical, inquisitive, and solutionsfocused

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building effecting working relationships

  • Experience working within a Systems, ICT or technical support environment

  • Technical problem solving

  • Customer-focused, with a commitment to engage and consult to deliver service improvements

  • Resilient under pressure

  • Flexible, open and a positive attitude to change
