The Systems Specialist II is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of ServiceNow platform technical solutions and services. The Systems Specialist II should have an established understanding of ITSM platforms (specifically ServiceNow) along with ITIL, modern SDLC, and Agile processes. The Systems Specialist II supports the continued maturity of established workflows and standards, has a solid understanding of Select Medical’s current ServiceNow ecosystem, and must be driven to explore and develop new areas of the platform to ensure their skills are evolving with ServiceNow releases as well as Select Medical’s roadmap and vision.
Under the direction of senior team members, the Systems Specialist II supports the full SDLC including requirements review, development, technical documentation, testing, and delivery of system enhancements and new functionality, provides production support, researches and communicates identified system improvements, and continually demonstrates an increase in development skills within the Select Medical ServiceNow platform.
Healthcare experience preferred
