The Systems Solutions Architect is a senior technical role responsible for designing secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Azure and enterprise data center environments. Working closely with customers, business leaders, security, operations, and engineering teams, this role translates business and technical requirements into practical hybrid-cloud architectures. The Architect provides technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, including discovery, assessment, design, migration, implementation oversight, operational transition, and continuous optimization. This position requires deep expertise in Azure architecture as well as strong hands-on knowledge of data center technologies, networking, virtualization, identity, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure automation.
8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions in Microsoft Azure, including hybrid and multi-subscription environments.
Strong experience designing hybrid-cloud architectures integrating Azure with on-premises data centers.
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including compute, virtualization, storage, networking, identity, backup, and disaster recovery.
Experience leading technical assessments, infrastructure discovery, migration planning, capacity planning, and solution design workshops.
Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical designs, standards, roadmaps, and implementation documentation.
Strong knowledge of Azure networking, security, governance, Entra ID, and hybrid identity.
Experience with VMware or Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux, and enterprise networking.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation, such as Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance during implementation.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Azure Administrator, Azure Network Engineer, or Windows Server Hybrid certifications.
VMware, Terraform, TOGAF, or ITIL certification.
Experience with Azure Migrate, Azure Arc, Kubernetes, or platform modernization.
Professional proficiency in Portuguese.
English B2+ required.
Portuguese is highly desirable.
