Personal Systems Operations (PSO) Supply Chain requires candidates with experience in developing Custom Image Services (Windows and Linux). You will be responsible for automation programs in worldwide end to end configuration services deployment. Flexibility to participate across time zone meetings is a must. Good and effective communication skills to interface with worldwide stakeholders is a must. This person participates on cross-functional teams to assist in the design and delivery of technology services. The position requires excellent problem definition and resolution skills, is a self-engaged, self-motivated personality that sees change as an opportunity.
We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to support the development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI agents that assist in decision-making, automation, and knowledge workflows. This role is designed for early-career professionals eager to work with Large Language Models (LLMs) in a governed, secure, and scalable enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions using LLMs
• Develop AI agents capable of task execution, tool usage, and structured reasoning
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, ticketing tools, CRM, ERP)
• Assist in prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and workflow optimization
• Participate in testing, validation, and monitoring of AI agent performance
• Follow enterprise standards for security, compliance, and data privacy
• Maintain technical documentation and design artifact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Security, Data, and Product
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work in regulated and security-conscious environments
• Willingness to learn and adapt to enterprise AI standards
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to quality and reliability
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience (internships or academic projects acceptable)
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI concepts
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI
• Basic experience working with REST APIs and structured data (JSON)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
