The Alannah & Madeline Foundation is a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to keeping children and young people free from violence and trauma wherever they live, learn and play. Through our Care, Prevention and Advocacy programs, we fight for their right to be safe, so their future is strong.
We also support Dolly’s Dream to help change the culture of bullying by addressing the impact of bullying, anxiety, depression and youth suicide, through education and direct support to young people and families.
With a strong national presence and a clear strategic vision, we are seeking a Systems & Reporting Specialist to help fuel our impact for children and young people.
The Systems & Reporting Specialist is responsible for supporting the Foundation in measuring, understanding and communicating its impact. Through cross-collaboration with other teams, the Systems & Reporting Specialist translates program requirements into practical data-capture processes, dashboards and reports for internal decision-making and funder reporting.
The role is accountable for ensuring data is collected, maintained, governed and used properly across the programs it supports.
This position is a full time, ongoing role reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation – Information, Data & Systems, formally based in South Melbourne.
We promote flexible working arrangements, emphasising that work remains the primary focus, tailored to individual needs, role requirements, and the commitment to high-quality work delivery.
We’re looking for a Systems & Reporting Specialist to join our passionate team and help strengthen how we use data and insights to inform decisions, demonstrate impact and drive meaningful outcomes.
You are an organised, analytical and curious problem-solver who values attention to detail and is passionate about using high-quality data to demonstrate outcomes, uncover insights and inform decision-making.
You enjoy collaborating with people across different teams, listening to their needs and translating business requirements into meaningful data structures, measures and actionable insights. You bring experience with databases, CRM systems, data visualisation and storytelling, and can make complex information accessible and useful to others.
You have a continuous improvement mindset, enjoy finding opportunities to strengthen systems and processes, and are motivated to keep learning and developing your skills.
Above all, you are collaborative, adaptable and motivated by the opportunity to use data and technology to make a meaningful difference.
