YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics has been awarded a major new contract with a high-profile client, marking an exciting phase of growth for the business expanding on our ecommerce offering. This is a new build implementation offering exciting opportunities across contract logistics. As a result, we are recruiting for a Systems and Reporting Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operation, accuracy and effectiveness of site systems and performance reporting at our new Derby site.

This role will see you reporting into the Systems and Reporting Manager, playing a key part in ensuring data accuracy, system stability and clear KPI visibility for operational teams. You will work closely with operations, planning and central support teams to identify data anomalies, support root‑cause investigations and ensure system issues are escalated and resolved quickly.

This is a hands-on, onsite based role critical to enabling informed operational decision‑making, service performance and confidence in site data.

We currently have two shifts available; however, flexibility will be required:

  • Sunday to Thursday, 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am-5:30pm

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the on-site Systems & Reporting Manager, you will take key responsibilities for the:

  • Support the day‑to‑day operation of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) in line with standard processes
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure correct system usage and accurate data capture
  • Identify, log and escalate WMS or reporting issues impacting service, productivity or data integrity
  • Produce accurate daily and shift‑based performance reports and dashboards
  • Validate KPI data, highlighting anomalies, inconsistencies or risks
  • Maintain reporting discipline, documentation and agreed KPI definitions
  • Support investigation into performance variances, service failures or KPI misses
  • Provide structured data extracts and analysis to support root‑cause identification
  • Assist in preparation of performance packs for operational and customer forums
  • Act as the systems and reporting point of contact for the assigned shift pattern
  • Attend operational briefs to provide visibility of data, performance trends and risks
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting accuracy, usability and efficiency
  • Support the Systems & Reporting Manager with any additional tasks as and when required

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in your application you will have proven experience of working with operational systems (WMS) ideally within a live operational environment. You will be experienced in producing reports and handling performance and operational data, strong in Excel with excellent attention to detail and a good understanding of operational data flows and KPI reports.

It goes without saying that you will be a natural communicator confident in explaining system or data issues to operational teams.

Desirable skills:

  • Proven experience of working in an ecommerce environment
  • Familiar with BI tools, dashboards or automated reporting
  • Exposure to KPI reviews, audits or performance deep dives
  • Understanding of labour, productivity or service performance metrics
  • Experience of supporting system changes, upgrades or process improvements.
