Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Systems & Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations across SAP Business One and our internal procurement system, ISAMS. This role combines purchase order administration, delivery tracking and expediting (supported by built-in system intelligence), and RFQ support with a strong systems focus—including SAP master data maintenance and ISAMS product catalogue management to support accurate automated processes and reporting.

Requirements

Purchase Orders & Systems

• Create and maintain Purchase Orders in both SAP Business One and ISAMS with full cross-system traceability
• Manage ETAs, delivery dates, and act on overdue items flagged by system intelligence
• Maintain SAP master data and ISAMS product catalogue coding and mapping
• Support general system administration for procurement workflows

RFQs, Expediting & Reporting

• Generate and issue RFQs; track responses and record quote details accurately
• Expedite deliveries—leverage built-in system intelligence to flag at-risk items and manage long lead-time orders
• Produce and distribute routine PO, RFQ, and delivery tracking reports
• Coordinate with European sites and liaise with Engineering, Stores, and Finance

What we are looking for:

• High attention to detail and data accuracy across multiple systems
• Strong Excel skills (filters, lookups, tables, reporting)Clear communication skills and professional phone manner
• Excellent organisation—able to manage multiple POs, ETAs, and RFQs simultaneously
• Good judgement and tact when expediting with suppliers
• Willingness to learn and adapt as processes evolve

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP purchasing modules
• RFQ and supplier quotation evaluation experience
• Familiarity with relational databases and data quality practices
• Understanding of mechanical engineering parts/components
• Background in purchasing, expediting, or supply chain administration
