In this role, you'll:


Support and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including networking, monitoring, automation, and hybrid infrastructure services, while also providing operational support across VMware and Veeam platforms.

Install/configure hardware, manage changes with minimal impact, use monitoring tools, and perform routine maintenance to keep systems stable.

You will troubleshoot incidents, perform maintenance and system changes, assist with infrastructure deployments and automation activities, and contribute to a collaborative 24x7 operational support environment.

About you


You will have hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure networking, monitoring, automation, and hybrid infrastructure services, along with operational experience in VMware and Veeam platforms.

You will possess strong troubleshooting and support skills with exposure to scripting, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations within enterprise environments.

Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred, with VMware and Veeam certifications considered advantageous
