Affinity Credit Union is looking for a System Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of our nCino and Prolender platforms. If you excel at leading people, managing complex systems, and collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful, user and member focused solutions, this role could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do

• Lead a team and portfolio of digitization and enhancement projects, ensuring functionality improving the end to end employee and member experience.
• Directs business requirements gathering for systems implementation and enhancements, including managing trade-off decisions (e.g., between scope, cost, and schedule) and offering alternative options/solutions.
• Develops and maintains key stakeholder relationships, communicates progress of the roadmap, and develops strategies to drive user adoption and optimization
• Manages system releases, performs quality assurance testing, and suggest refinements to configuration to implement system/process improvements.

What you’ve got

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience  in Salesforce/nCino or Prolender.
• Advanced knowledge in identifying business requirements, process improvement, system design, project/stakeholder management & implementing changes through software or other digital enhancements
• Experience with system implementation preferred.
• People leadership experience, including coaching and capability-building preferred.
