The Systems Lead is a detail oriented, project management style performer who acts as the Client Management Software leader for multiple programs in the Stability and Connection Program Area. This position works with Program Leaders to understand technology and client management needs and acts as a liaison with the Information Technology support area to translate those needs into viable software solutions. This role helps facilitate client management software builds and upgrades to enhance both neighbor and staff experience. The Systems Lead also acts as the subject matter expert for other agency software systems for the program area in order to support the needs of program staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Technical & Systems Expertise:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce, including its integration capabilities with other agency systems to streamline workflows and enhance data accessibility.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and how data structures support efficient reporting, consolidation, and cross-program coordination.
- Experience in managing and optimizing client management systems, ensuring alignment with programmatic needs and organizational goals.
Collaboration & Strategic Partnership:
- Partners with Information Technology teams to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless platform performance.
- Acts as a strategic liaison between program leadership and IT to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Contributes to the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies to improve service delivery and neighbor experience.
Process Improvement & Data Strategy:
- Leverages relational systems to consolidate data across multiple programs, reducing duplication and improving operational efficiency.
- Develops and enforces standard operating procedures for data entry and reporting to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Leads initiatives to identify and document process improvement opportunities, resulting in increased staff efficiency and system usability.
Training & Documentation:
- Designs and delivers system training for staff, including onboarding, refresher sessions, and updates tied to system changes.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive training manuals and operational documentation to support ongoing staff development.
Project Management & Reporting:
- Manages project timelines and creates visual progress reports for leadership to track system implementation and upgrades.
- Applies project management principles to coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.

QualificationsEDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience, required
EXPERIENCE
3+ years working with client management systems and or program administration, system administration and implementation experience, preferred
