Responsibilities

The Sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide graphic design services to a Front Office Communications Team, which includes supporting the internal communications objectives of the Principals and Executive Director.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create highly polished placemats, PowerPoint presentations, and other graphics to illustrate senior leadership team objectives to executive audiences.
  • Devise infographics for use with the leadership team and the workforce to communicate complex organizational and technical narratives.
  • Develop brand strategies as part of enduring internal communications campaigns.
  • Collaborate with components within the organization to identify and distill complex concepts into graphics.
  • Design a wide range of graphic products and produce high-quality graphics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with all partners and professionally represent the Front Office.
  • Sound judgment and professionalism in communications.
  • Support a fast-paced office and adapt to changing mission requirements.


Qualifications

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience including 3 years with the Customer
  • Demonstrated experience providing C-suite-level and/or executive support. 
  • Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated ability to prepare executive-level correspondence. 
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information. 
  • Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations or initiatives on schedule to meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter and team player with a "can-do" attitude and solid project management skills (e.g., planning, tracking, and reporting)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills that can be applied to processes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Prior experience with the customer's domain including enterprise IT and/or mission support. 
  • Familiarity and experience with customer access management, travel, and action planning tools.


Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
