Systems Integration Specialist (Experienced/Senior)

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Systems Integration Specialist ( Experienced/Senior) to join our team in Swidnik, PL.

This position will focus on supporting Boeing Global Services Distribution via the Distribution Supply Chain Enablement team.

The Systems Integration Specialist will be part of our Business Analyst Team to support the Distribution Business. The Business Analysts team collaborates with our business and supply chain partners to identify, triage and resolve issues related to business processes and business applications, primarily SAP and the Warehouse Management System. The team also works very closely with our IT&DA partners in working through problem resolution and user acceptance testing. This team has a high-volume statement of work that works with velocity to deliver high quality results.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to documented procedures that are compliant with department’s policies and procedures

  • Monitor iDoc failure queues on a scheduled cadence

  • Collect incident details, attempt reproduction using documented steps, and create incident records in GSEP/Jira

  • Produce basic reports and metrics (counts, simple trends) for weekly sustainment reviews

  • Support OCM by assisting with the preparation of materials for training and communicating interim workarounds

  • Develops Test Plans and executes User acceptance testing; and creates test scenarios to meet business requirements within SAP ERP and some key integrated systems

  • Complex root cause analysis of Business and System Processes

  • Formulates complex scripts for mass queries / data loads

  • Provides consultation and guidance to users and SMEs for SAP ERP.

  • Leads special projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience analyzing and interpreting business processes, process flows and data within business systems

  • 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Processes

  • Detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite

  • Experience working in a cross functional environment

  • Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Experience working with SAP

  • Experience in a self-directed role

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Experience supporting emergent demand that requires off shift response/support

Travel:

This position may require traveling up to 25% of the time.
