Job Description

The Leidos DoW CIO Mission Support Services (CMSS) program is seeking a Systems Integration Lead Analyst to support planning and implementation of the DoW Information Enterprise (IE) in support of the Department of War Chief Information Officer (DoW CIO). This job focuses primarily on providing analysis, recommendations and support for the drafting, development and promulgation of IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards to enable Enterprise Interoperability.

The successful candidate will be a proven performer and self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis, recommendations and support for the drafting, development and promulgation of IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards to enable Enterprise Interoperability.

  • Participate in ongoing joint development of the DoW (Department of War) comprehensive IT Registry using the technical and engineering framework and configuration management processes for managing IT standards and Technical Profile Standards.

  • Coordinate the DoW IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards resource requirements across the enterprise information environment, warfighter, business, and Defense portion of the Intelligence Mission Areas.

  • Prepare documents in response to Congressional inquiries and the development of architectural products that will enhance the strategic planning capabilities of the Department.

  • Recommend updates to IT Standards and Technical Profile Standards DoW policy to support interoperability across the DoW enterprise.

  • Provide administrative and technical expertise for DoW enterprise-level IT standards governance reform to support enterprise interoperability.

  • Provide expertise on governance processes and procedures and recommend improvements to current DoW CIO IT governance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 12+ years of overall related experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.

  • U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance; ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.

  • Familiar with DoW IT standards, processes and commercial cloud capabilities and innovation.

  • Knowledge of Industry IT standards, technologies and processes.

  • Effective analytical skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise and/or systems architecture development.

  • Technical experience with IT, Cybersecurity, Portfolio Management, and Enterprise capabilities.

  • Exceptional writing skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
