Who Thrives in This Role
You see a manual or broken workflow and immediately start thinking about how to fix it. You are comfortable being the person who figures things out without a playbook. You care enough about your work to make it maintainable — documented and designed so someone else could pick it up. We hire for trajectory, not tenure; if you’re earlier in your career but can demonstrate real technical depth through projects or self-directed work, that counts.
This team uses AI-assisted development as a standard part of the workflow. Candidates who are already comfortable building this way — prompting thoughtfully, reviewing output critically, and iterating quickly — will find this environment a natural fit.
