  • Oversee Jira configuration management, including custom workflows, field schemes, and project linking to ensure data integrity across the MSS.
  • Ensure all software baselines are documented in Confluence and mapped to Jira releases.

System Maintenance & Optimization:

  • Provide high-level maintenance for the integrated environment, troubleshooting connectivity issues between the Atlassian stack and local servers.
  • Perform database maintenance for tool backends (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) to ensure peak performance.

Application Support:

  • Maintain legacy .NET/C# codebases and ensure their build/deploy cycles are integrated into the Atlassian-managed pipeline.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Configuration Management and Atlassian tool administration.
  • Proven ability to integrate "off-the-shelf" tools (Atlassian) with custom-built enterprise software (.NET)
  • Must be a US Citizen who has lived in the United States at least 3 out of the last 5 years and be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a security badge to access applicable government facilities and systems.
