It’s a broad developmental opportunity with genuine variety, significant influence and strong future career pathways across engineering, asset management, systems, data and governance.
At Senior level, you’ll provide technical leadership, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, develop frameworks and governance arrangements, and build capability in others. At Systems Engineer level, you’ll focus more on delivery and execution while developing your broader systems-thinking capability. At either level, you’ll have the freedom to take ownership, work across multiple disciplines and help create new approaches rather than simply maintain established practices.
