Job Title: Systems Engineering Lead (Spartan Data Workstream)

Location: Warton - On site

Salary: £59,491+ depending on skills and experience

As a Systems Engineering Lead (Spartan Data Workstream), you will be defining and documenting the data workstream's systems engineering strategy and plans, as well as working with cross functional stakeholders and lines of business to establish define and configuration manage the project's data requirements.

Core duties:

  • Working with cross functional stakeholders and lines of business to plan and deliver requirements verification and validation
  • Working with stakeholders and data engineers to ensure traceability between data requirements and qualification evidence
  • Working with project sponsors and data leads to ensure that data solutions are accepted in support of the project's data release requirements
  • Establishing and delivering requirements and compliance reporting frameworks in support of programme performance reviews
  • Defining the programmes systems engineering resource, schedule and DAREO requirements and working with the PM teams to manage and report progress and issues
  • Managing the application of requirements changes into the data scope and programme

Essential Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a STEM related discipline
  • Full product Lifecycle Management experience
  • Team LeaderSupervisory experience
  • Understanding of ILS - Integrated Logistic Support
  • Experience working to engineering standards and governance

Through Life Support - Project Spartan Team:

Project Spartan is a complex four year strategic change programme which will fundamentally reshape the way that Support & Services operates across the sector through the introduction of a single Enterprise Resource Planning Tool. The data and analytics workstream aims to define and execute plans for the migration and/or archiving of project data in order to ensure and assure business continuity at migration.
