We are seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of advanced control systems for solar tracking technology. This position plays a critical role in ensuring reliable and efficient operation of utility-scale photovoltaic tracker systems. The engineer will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineering to deliver innovative control solutions that maximize energy yield and system uptime. The ideal candidate is a talented engineer who demonstrates strong knowledge of systems engineering and electrical/controls engineering principles, analytical skills, system-level mindset, commitment to innovation, attention to details, and passion for the solar industry. This position is based in Sorocaba and will report to the Manager of Systems Engineering.
