The Work: As an Systems Engineering Staff (E4) in Owego, NY, you will be part of the Naval Helo Mission Systems team supporting Naval Helicopter programs.

You will play a key role in program planning and execution by:

• Leading and coordinating the Communications Concurrent Engineering Team's (CET) Integration and Test efforts
• Managing technical execution cost and schedule, and presenting to senior leadership as well as the customer
• Proactively engaging in proper Earned Value Management and keeping the multiple programs informed on status and making progress
• Evaluating planned vs. actual performance management in support of Earned Value Management, Work Package Management, and Control Account Management
• Performing Integrated Master Schedule Development and Schedule Status Management.Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as
• Schedule revisions,
• Manpower adjustments
• Fund allocations
• Work requirements

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related STEM field with 9+ years related experience or Master's Degree with 7+ years related experience.

Experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties.

Experience with Engineering Basis of Estimate (BOE).

Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance at the Secret level.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
