
You will be the System Engineer for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Systems team. Our team transforms customer and product requirements into complete, reliable missile‑system solutions, delivering on schedule, within budget and with the highest level of performance and supportability.
What You Will Be Doing
As the System Engineer you will lead technical planning, integration, verification and validation activities across the full system lifecycle—from concept and design through fabrication, test, operation and disposal. You will translate requirements into hardware and software specifications, develop test plans, execute verification events and troubleshoot any anomalies that arise. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional teams through major technical reviews throughout the acquisition lifecycle (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR)
• Experience applying System Engineering processes in an Agile environment.
• Prior customer engagement experiences requiring communication of technical concepts to external stakeholders
• Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
• Interim Secret Clearance required to start
• Proficiency applying System Modeling Languages and frameworks (SysML, UML, DODAF, UPDM, or similar language) and experience with Cameo desired
• Experience working across both sides of the Systems Engineering "V"
• Experience leading cross functional teams preferred
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
