PeopleTec is currently seeking an Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Small Business Innovation Research / Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR/STTR) group.
Duties include aligning emerging technology innovation for the commercialization mission by conducting engineering assessments and identifying promising emerging technologies for transition into the Missile Defense System (MDS).
Provide direct support to the government customer by overseeing active research efforts and delivering clear, accurate reports.
Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate projects across multiple organizations.
Demonstrated skill and experience in managing the development of technical products.
Possess the ability to identify and resolve complex issues across organizational boundaries requiring in-depth knowledge of engineering fields in structural, propulsion, optical, chemistry, physics, operations research, mathematics, and computer science fields.
Demonstrated the expertise in project management needed to plan and develop emerging technology capabilities and analysis priorities.
