Our People Systems and Technology team supports the platforms and tools that power employer branding, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives By designing, maintaining, and optimizing systems that connect candidates, employees, and leaders, the team enables a consistent, data‑driven, and engaging people experience across the organization.
As a Systems Engineer Intern, you’ll support the technical foundation behind talent programs while gaining exposure to how systems, data, and automation influence workforce strategy.
As a Systems Engineer Intern, you will assist with the development, optimization, and support of systems related to employer branding, engagement platforms, and talent development pipelines This role blends technical problem‑solving with people‑focused outcomes, offering hands‑on experience working with HR‑adjacent systems and data.
This position is ideal for someone interested in how technology supports recruiting, learning, and employee engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners, contribute to impactful projects, and build skills at the intersection of systems engineering and talent strategy.
