The System Engr II serves as the major technical contributor for systems safety needs for the engines and power system portfolio of products that includes support plan for certification or qualification of engines and power systems (E&PS) products, review and support of certification and qualification documents, certification process standardization, automation to ease the processes and applying Artificial intelligence techniques.
Responsibilities include providing systems safety guidance and support to E&PS programs, innovation, developing, and implementing talent strategies, people development, culture, technical coaching, employee engagement and enabling diversity and inclusion. Implement transformational strategy to reduce cycle time and cost and improve Honeywell Aerospace’ competitiveness in the marketplace.
