The Opportunity
Build, optimize, and support the technology platforms that power healthcare innovation.
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise technology platforms across infrastructure, applications, networking, databases, and security. In this role, you'll work on complex technical environments, ensuring critical systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available while helping drive modernization and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Manage the day-to-day operation of enterprise platforms, including servers, applications, storage, databases, and networked services.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, availability, reliability, and capacity.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments and technology stacks.
-Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Partner with technical teams to architect and implement new platforms, services, and infrastructure solutions.
-Lead or support system upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management initiatives.
-Strengthen platform security through system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and adherence to security best practices.
-Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, application, database, and security teams to support enterprise projects and strategic initiatives.
-Document system configurations, processes, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.
What We're Looking For
-Experience supporting enterprise-level infrastructure, applications, and platform technologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across multiple technical domains.
-Experience with automation, scripting, and operational process improvement.
Knowledge of networking, operating systems, databases, cloud technologies, and security principles.
-Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prior related experience as a systems engineer/administrator supporting IBM AIX and RHEL operating systems or related position 3-5 years required
