Job Profile Summary
This position leads the PACS infrastructure, hardware, storage, virtualization and web distribution components. Responsible for compiling service proposals for customers, reviewing contracts, budget considerations, and assisting the Radiologists, Cardiologists, and outreach facilities. Performs in the role of PACS security officer to oversee, implement and monitor all security facets of the PACS system. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of PACS/CPACS equipment including image workflow, archiving, auto-routing, pre-fetching and other related activities as assigned. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with certifications (e.g., Microsoft Enterprise Expert).
At least 4 years of enterprise-level IT experience supporting a mid-size LAN environment (4,000+ users).
Previous experience in a Systems Engineer II role preferred.
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft environments: Active Directory/Azure, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, enterprise printing, MDM, and DR/BC
Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, fleet management, and cybersecurity
Proven ability to lead and manage IT projects from planning through implementation and support.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and vendors to design cloud and infrastructure solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support IT teams in adopting and optimizing technologies.
Develop and maintain standardized systems, including fleet management, security protocols, and operational checklists.
Participate in IT projects by documenting requirements, configurations, and timelines.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to define scope and ensure successful delivery.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to support a smooth project lifecycle and daily operations.

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)
Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
