Pre-sales Assist in qualifyingsalesleadsfrom a technicalstandpoint, understandingcustomerrequirements, and providing relevant technicalinformation
Sales calls Serve as theprimarytechnicalresourceduringsalescalls, addressingcustomerinquiries, educatingthemaboutfeatures, specifications, and functionality, as well as integrationpossibilities
Demonstrateproficiency in networkingapplications and solutions, highlightingthevaluepropositionof Fortinet products and services
Post-sales Act as themaintechnicalcontactforassignedaccounts, activelyengagingwiththetechnical support team and engineeringtopromptly address and resolvecustomer'stechnicalissues
Provide post-salestraining and ongoingassistancetocustomers, ensuringthey can effectivelyutilize Fortinet solutions

Experiencedsales professional with a deepunderstandingofthetechnologybusinesssector
Familiaritywithencryption and authenticationtechnologies
Strong presentationskills, enablingeffective communication with diverse audiences
Fluency in English & German
