What You Will Be Doing

As the System Engineer you will be apart of technical planning, integration, verification and validation activities across the full system lifecycle—from concept and design through fabrication, test, operation and disposal. You will help translate requirements into hardware and software specifications, develop test plans, execute verification events and troubleshoot any anomalies that arise. Your responsibilities will include

  • Generating and executing subsystem‑ and system‑level integration and test procedures, ensuring they meet cost, schedule and risk constraints.
  • Preparing test equipment and facilities, coordinating with test labs to support Design Verification Tests (DVT), Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Functional Acceptance Test (ATP) events.
  • Supporting failure investigations, diagnosing hardware, software or test‑equipment anomalies and driving corrective actions to closure.
  • Providing engineering evaluations for redesigns or upgrades to existing missile hardware, assessing impact on performance, cost and schedule.
  • Maintaining configuration control and documentation of test results, verification reports and lessons‑learned artifacts.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—systems, software, hardware, test, manufacturing and quality—to ensure seamless integration and compliance with program milestones.
