We are hiring multiple Systems Engineer to support the design, integration, and verification of complex defence and aerospace systems. You will be responsible for system architecture, requirements, and modelling and analysis activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams across the full development lifecycle.
At Frankenburg, you will join a team of experts in technology and national defence, developing next‑generation missile systems. Your work has a direct impact on proving that these systems are safe, reliable, and ready for real‑world use. In a fast‑paced environment, your contribution helps deliver mission‑critical capabilities that must perform without compromise and meet the highest performance and safety standards. We welcome applications from candidates with a range of experience levels and backgrounds, including those at an entry level who are motivated to grow in this field.

Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with MBSE tools and methodologies, and a solid understanding of system lifecycle management, or a strong willingness to learn and develop in this area.
Soft Skills
Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, clear and effective communication, and strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to demanding deadlines.
Mission Alignment
Strong alignment with our mission to build affordable and mass-manufacturable defence technologies — ensuring every euro spent moves us closer to our goal.
Security Clearance
Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
Our mission is ambitious, and it takes a team that works with the same intensity.
Own the Mission: Mission first. Always.
We choose impact — we focus on what moves the mission forward fastest instead of “nice-to-haves". We fix it now — when delays or problems appear, we step up, rally the right people, and solve them immediately. We keep momentum — when time matters, we stay focused and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
Strive for More: Dare more. Do more. Achieve the impossible.
We challenge the status quo — we question, test, and improve instead of accepting “the usual way.” We embrace discomfort — we step outside comfort zones and turn challenges into growth. We anticipate the future — we build solutions that scale and set higher standards each time.
Build with Trust: Be open. Keep promises.
We walk the talk — what we say, we do. No excuses, no exceptions. We share openly — we communicate clearly and early, even when the news is hard. We own outcomes — we admit errors quickly, fix them, and prevent them from repeating.
Apply now! The deadline is June 19, 2026, but we review applications and reach out to qualified candidates continuously.

Frankenburg Technologies is a European defence technology company developing next-generation interceptor missiles for short-range air defence and counter-UAS. Our systems are designed to protect armed forces and critical national infrastructure from large-scale aerial threats: from wartime drone swarms to peacetime incursions near airports, energy sites, or logistics corridors.
Designed to be fast, lightweight, and mass-manufacturable, Frankenburg’s missile systems drastically lower intercept cost and complement existing layered air defence architectures. We combine modular design, containerised manufacturing, and rapid localised build cycles to enable scalable, sovereign production across Europe.
Headquartered in Tallinn with operations in Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, Frankenburg is building Europe’s next-generation missile house for the drone era.
Our mission is to equip the free world with the technologies needed to win the war.
